Trump wants to reopen notorious Alcatraz prison

The American president Donald Trump announced on Sunday evening that the Alcatraz prison near San Francisco will be reinstated. Trump wrote this on his social media platform Truth Social.

Trump's plan for this notorious prison? "To incarcerate America’s most ruthless and violent criminals there". However, there is still an intensive renovation needed first.

The Alcatraz prison, known as ‘The Rock’, was a maximum-security facility between 1934 and 1963. Subsequently, several films were made there, including 'The Rock’, ‘Birdman of Alcatraz’ and ‘Escape from Alcatraz’.

But no fiction for Trump; he is serious about reopening this prison. "America has been plagued too long by mean, violent, and recidivist criminals, the scum of society, who will never contribute anything but misery and suffering", according to Trump.
