Spy devices have washed up on British shores and are believed to be gathering information about "Vanguard" submarines.
The British Army has identified several Russian spy devices in the seas surrounding the United Kingdom and it's suspected that the intention was to gather as much information as possible on British nuclear submarines.
According to an investigation by the British Ministry of Defence, the British intelligence services had reliable information on Russian oligarchs' yachts, which could have been used for reconnaissance and undercover espionage purposes.
In 15 months of conflict, at least eleven internet cables have been damaged by ships dragging cables and anchors along the seabed in the Baltic Sea.
The government has decided to take action. It has launched operation "Nordic Warden," a responsive system that uses artificial intelligence to spot the movements of the Russian ghost fleet.
A senior British Army officer stated in an interview: "There's no doubt: there's a war in the Atlantic."
