Russians target Poland before the presidential elections

Before the presidential elections in Poland, Moscow is intensifying cyberattacks.

On Tuesday evening, Polish Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski denounced the intensification of Russian cyberattacks against Poland, with just one month to go before the presidential election. In this country bordering Ukraine and Russia, the elections are set for May 18. A second round is scheduled for June 1.

The Polish Minister stated to the television channel TVN24: “...every day there are more and more. Today, we counted almost two thousand incidents and the day is not yet over.”
