Madonna and Elton John bury the hatchet

Musicians Madonna and Elton John, long in conflict, have officially ended their feud. After more than 20 years of disputes.

They have reconciled, but have also hinted at a possible joint creative collaboration, according to Madonna's Instagram post.

The conflict between Madonna and Elton John began in 2002 when the English singer criticised the singer's song for the film "Die Another Day", calling it the "worst Bond tune". At the Q Awards ceremony in 2004, he stated: "Madonna - best live act? Who cares!"

Since then, their relationship has only worsened, with both artists regularly exchanging biting remarks. However, this summer, Elton John and Madonna reconciled on the set of the American show "Saturday Night Live".

"We have finally buried the hatchet," wrote Madonna on her Instagram.
