Kyiv's successful special operation

Ukraine has successfully conducted a special operation on Russian territory. The General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces announced that a key enterprise in Tatarstan, which produced attack drones, had been targeted.

In order to reduce Russia's capacity to produce attack drones, on 15 June, units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Special Operations Forces, in coordination with other defence force components, struck an important facility within the military-industrial complex.

According to the General Staff, the target was a drone production facility located in Yelabuga, in the Republic of Tatarstan, Russia.

Russian forces use this military-industrial complex to manufacture, test and launch strike drones against Ukrainian territory, in particular targeting energy and civilian infrastructure.
