Is Germany complicit? It "supplies war material to the Russians"

According to the Ukrainian president, some Western companies, including Czech and German groups, are delivering machinery to the Russian military industry for manufacturing weapons.

“The Russian Federation is receiving machine tools from certain countries that they use to make armaments,” stated Volodymyr Zelensky. He claimed that 15 of the companies supplying Russia are Taiwanese, six are South Korean, 13 German, three Japanese, eight Czech, and three Indian.

Furthermore, the Ukrainian leader is demanding sanctions against these companies. “We have provided all this information to everyone, to our partners, to the European Union and the United States […]. We strongly urge everyone to sanction these companies.”
