The foreign ministers of Ukraine's partner countries have three weeks to present ceasefire monitoring plans, said French President Emmanuel Macron.
According to Emmanuel Macron, during the Volunteer Coalition meeting, it was decided to assign the foreign ministers the task of developing proposals for ceasefire monitoring. They have three weeks to present them.
Mr Macron asserted "that we must hope for the best, but prepare for the worst" and also announced that the UK and France would send a military delegation to Ukraine to work with the Ukrainian armed forces and help them plan for the future.
According to him, this will allow the coalition to move forward. They will study "what format is required in terms of the number of soldiers and what equipment and materials are needed to respond to a future Russian aggression and deter any Russian aggression."
