Lemon, mint, cucumber... What if infused water was the drink to adopt this spring? Farewell sodas, make way for the natural, sugar-free version.

To drink throughout the day and pleasant to prepare, infused waters are good for the body (extra hydration), skin (radiant skin ahead), and morale.

The principle is simple: you need some fresh water and a few ingredients of your choice. Carefully slice your fruits or vegetables, put them in the water, and add your choice of aromatic herbs. Once the mix is done, place your drink in the fridge (minimum one hour) in a carafe or bottle. Little tip: the more finely your ingredients are sliced, the more their flavour will be released into your drink. The result? A refreshing and fragrant drink that you can keep in the fridge for two days.

Here are some ideas:

  • Lemon-Mint-Ginger: the classic detox
  • Strawberries-Basil: a surprising and super fruity mix Cucumber-Lime: to feel like you're at the spa
  • Raspberries-Rosemary: an original and delicious blend
  • Peach and Verbena: a mix that smells like summer

To try as soon as the first rays appear... and to serve chilled to impress your guests at the next party!
