On 9 July, in London, Harry reportedly met his father again in order to settle the dispute that has existed between them for years.

Prince Harry and King Charles III reportedly met in London, accompanied by their communications teams. This meeting was revealed by the weekly Mail on Sunday newspaper, which refers to a ‘royal peace summit’. According to some British media, it was the King of England's representative, Tobyn Andreae, who was behind the leak. Andreae is said to have contacted the Mail on Sunday to inform it of this ‘royal’ meeting.

Will there soon be a more official meeting?

But whoever is behind the leak, this conversation marks a major step forward in relations between Charles III and his youngest son, who have been at loggerheads for many years. What's for more, a more official meeting may be in the offing, as Harry will be taking part in the Wellchild events in the UK in September. This is an organisation close to the Prince's heart, which works for children with long-term and/or complex illnesses.
