Finnish President proposes to arm Ukraine "to the teeth"

Alexander Stubb stated that it's absolutely necessary to support Ukraine militarily.

"It's in our interest to promote and spend more on defence," said Finnish President Alexander Stubb.

Meanwhile, Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala expressed his belief that peace in Ukraine cannot be achieved solely through negotiations with the Kremlin, and advocated for European rearmament to curb the expansionist aspirations he sees in Russia.

"Some still think today that peace can only be achieved by negotiating with the Kremlin: of course, they're wrong," said Mr. Fiala at the opening of a security conference in Prague.

In turn, the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Andriy Sybiha "welcomes the leadership of the European Union. We already feel the new strength of Europe. We now need to move up a gear in decision-making in Europe, emphasised the head of Ukrainian diplomacy.
