Ashley St. Clair, an American influencer, claimed she had to sell her Tesla after the brand’s big boss reduced the child support payments he was sending her.
The child support in question is intended for "their son." Indeed, the young woman claims to be the mother of Elon Musk's thirteenth child.
At the beginning of April, the conservative influencer confided in a journalist stationed outside her New York apartment. She explained that she had to sell her electric car to make up for “the 60% reduction Elon imposed on our son's child support,” reports the Daily Mail.
Ashley St. Clair also highlighted that Musk often acted vengefully “against women who break the silence”. Furthermore, she insists that the billionaire has not contacted her since 13 February, the day before she declared on X (formerly Twitter) that she is the mother of his thirteenth child, according to the media outlet 20 Minutes. And she added: “You can check the stock market actions, I’m not the only one cleaning up his mess,” clearly referring to the drop in Tesla shares.
$500,000 per year?
The alleged father’s reaction was quick as he immediately stated on X that he didn't know if this child was really his. “But I'm not against finding out. No court ruling is required,” he added. Elon Musk also specified that, despite everything, he had already paid the influencer $2.5 million. “And I send her $500,000 a year.”
Shortly after, it was Ashley St. Clair’s turn to respond: “Elon, we asked you to confirm your paternity with a test before the birth of our child (whom you named). You refused. And you didn’t send me money; you sent an allowance you deemed necessary for our child.”
