China could attack Taiwan at any moment

According to the Financial Times, China is preparing to land troops and aircraft, and has also deployed several rocket launchers capable of striking any point in Taiwan.

This enables China to move to a blockade within a matter of hours. The Chinese Air Force and missile forces have improved to the point where they can launch military operations "at any time". In addition, around 12 Chinese ships are permanently stationed in the Taiwan region.

The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs had previously stated that "unification" with the island could not be stopped.

This situation is of great concern to the United States. Admiral Samuel Paparo, the lead US military commander in the Indo-Pacific region, stated that the United States would defeat China in a conflict over Taiwan but warned they would face growing challenges due to the rapid expansion of China's military.
